Mizuki grew up with foster parents after his parents abandoned him he was bullied by other kids which made him violent which let to them returning him to social servaces and he ended up starting the Rib gang Dry Juice with other people who had simalar experiences and opening the tatoo parlor the black needle. He dislikes Rhyme because of how dedicated he is to Rib. His disapearence starts the main events of the game in Noiz and Clear routes when he gets kidnapped by Morphine and is mind controlled after voicing concerns about other members of Dry Juice going missing. Aoba discovers his scrap power when he goes into Mizukis mind by accident trying to find out what happens he triggers a trap set by Morphine in Mizukis mind which destroys him leaving him the hospital where he does end up waking up at least in clears and noizes good route. Mizuki cares about his friends and Dry Juice a lot and he's a really fun character who is ultimatly an ally no matter what route you play he got an extended route in Re:Connect and no bad route.
